Thailand Eastern Regionals held at Pattaya City Sept 2013 Men's 85's Octofinals

 The site is Siam Bay shore in Pattaya, Thailand but the court is extremely fast and for some reason, I can't see in the middle of the court.  I don't know why?  The court is fine, the lights are fine, but there seems to be a visual hole in the middle?
